These terms govern your use of this website, junotms.com (the “Site”), operated by Juno (“Juno”, “we”, “us”), including the free rate confirmation generator. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Juno application itself is governed by a separate customer agreement, not by these terms.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals in the freight industry. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

2. The free rate confirmation generator

You are solely responsible for the documents you create and send, including the accuracy of every rate, party name, MC and USDOT number, date, and term, and for complying with the laws that apply to you — for example, U.S. federal broker requirements (including 49 CFR Part 371) and any Canadian provincial requirements. The generator runs in your browser; we do not receive or store what you type into it.

3. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is for general information. Features, plans, pricing, and availability may change, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any purchase is governed by the written quote or agreement you accept. Quoted prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Company names, people, MC and USDOT numbers, and load details shown in product screenshots and examples are fictional and used for illustration only. Any resemblance to a real business or person is unintended.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading, including creating documents to impersonate another broker or carrier;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape or copy the Site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, and graphics, belong to Juno or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. Documents you create with the rate confirmation generator are yours.

McLeod, Aljex, MercuryGate, and other product names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and the rate confirmation generator are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the rate confirmation generator. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions, including Quebec, do not allow certain of these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
