Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 8, 2026
This policy explains how Juno (“Juno”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website, junotms.com (the “Site”), including the free rate confirmation generator. It applies to visitors in the United States and Canada. If you use the Juno application as a customer, your customer agreement with us governs the data you put into it.
Questions or requests: hello@sleebit.com.
1. What we collect
When you contact us or request a demo
The “Book a demo” form does not send anything from the Site. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email. When you email us, we receive what you include — typically your name, brokerage, work email, phone number, loads per week, current TMS, and anything else you write.
When you use the free rate confirmation generator
The generator runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us and not stored by us. Printing or saving the PDF happens on your device.
Automatically, when you visit
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request information: IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use it to keep the Site running and secure. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- No cookies or trackers. The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking tools.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you, set up an account or a demo, and follow up on your request.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Marketing email
We only send you marketing email if you have asked us to or the law otherwise permits it, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email will identify us and include a way to unsubscribe. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@sleebit.com.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that run things for us, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Our hosting provider — runs the Site’s web server.
- Our email provider — hosts our email.
- Google — serves the Site’s fonts.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights or safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case we will tell you.
5. Where your information is stored
Our service providers may store and process information outside your province, state, or country. Where that happens, it may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement, and national-security authorities under the laws of that place. We use contractual and other measures with our providers to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep emails and the information in them for as long as we need to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them. Web server logs are deleted after 14 days.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@sleebit.com; we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
- Canada: if you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec to the Commission d’accès à l’information.
- United States: we honour the requests above for everyone, whatever state you are in.
8. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit access to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Person responsible for privacy
Our Privacy Officer is responsible for this policy and for personal information we hold. Contact: hello@sleebit.com.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
